Features for end-users with disabilities

You can use Relay UK for text relay calls, and contact us through any of our channels. Tell us if you'd like bills and information in another format, such as large print, or if you'd like someone to manage your account for you. If you rely on your landline because of a disability or health need, we'll prioritise fixing faults on your line and offer a free way to call 999 in a power cut.

Other relevant information

999 calls and power cuts: your phone will not work in a power cut or if your broadband stops working, unless you have a battery backup. If you rely on your landline, tell us and we'll provide a free solution that lets you call 999 for at least one hour in a power cut.

Complaints: call 01494 853 113 or email helpme@my-chat.co.uk. If we can't resolve your complaint within six weeks, you can take it free of charge to CISAS (the Communications and Internet Services Adjudication Scheme).
