Call rates explained: UK landlines are numbers starting 01, 02 and 03. UK mobiles are numbers starting 07. Calls to other numbers, such as international or premium-rate numbers, are charged separately – just ask us for rates.

Important: 999 calls and power cuts. You can call 999 and 111 from your My Chat line. Because your phone works through your broadband, it will not work during a power cut or broadband fault unless you have a battery backup.
