It takes about five minutes. Nothing is charged today – we'll call you to confirm everything first.

1. Choose your plan

Basic – £9 a monthPay as you go. For people who make very few calls but want to keep a number for incoming calls.

Medium – £12 a month250 minutes included. For regular callers who make frequent, shorter calls.

Unlimited – £15 a monthUnlimited UK calls. For people who are on the phone a lot, often for a long time.

Before you sign up, please read the contract summary for your plan. It sets out the price, what's included and how to cancel.

Someone in my home relies on the landline – for example a telecare alarm, a medical need, or there's no mobile signal. We'll only use this to keep you safe in a power cut.
